    … to our friends who have lovingly provided us with Fair Traded coffee! Packets have reached us from the United States, Estonia, Germany, Britain… At the moment, we’re still not able to serve it every day, but we do it at least every Wednesday, and most of our teas (and certainly always the one Denise prepares in a teapot) is fair-traded. So thank you, friends, for responding to our earlier plea!  And, of course, if you’re coming any time soon and have a bit of space in your luggage, we’d be delighted to receive a little wonderfully-smelling goodie! – Lina

    It’s a strange few weeks at IBTS, with a lot of the teaching staff in travels of all sorts. I’m just back from a week at Northumbria Community, our good partner-friend. Some years ago, I was part of the group visiting them in their previous Mother House at Hetton Hall, but otherwise mostly cought up during the annual Northumbria Community Week at IBTS.
